25-Minute Double Kettlebell Circuit Challenge

This 25-minute Double Kettlebell Circuit will test the limits of both your conditioning and your mindset.


Workout Instructions:

Rest as needed between each exercise to ensure that each double kettlebell drill is done correctly. After 5 rounds of the main circuit, perform a Kettlebell Turkish Get Up on each side. See how many total rounds you can complete and record your number for future reference.
