This one is a quick full body workout. The Half Anyhow Kettlebell Workout will test everything you’ve got!


Workout Instructions:

Single arm overhead squat and pickup the floor weight with the free arm. Curl into the rack position and stand. Repeat each round by replacing the weight on the floor and begin again.
